What types of payment do you take?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not at this time. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer a 5% senior citizen discount for those over the age of 65.
Also, we provide a $15 off multiple pet discounts if you bring in more than one pet at a time for your scheduled wellness appointments.
We too accept free exam health certificates from certain local humane societies.
Additionally, you can share your Forest Home Animal Clinic experience and as a thank you we would like to offer saving possibilities! Our Care Enough to Share Referral Program provides current clients the opportunity to receive gift certificates and new clients the ability to earn credit towards their first veterinary exam appointment!

How do I apply my pet insurance?
We will print an extra copy of your invoice at the end of your appointment which you will mail to your pet insurance provider. We can also provide copies of medical records including doctor's notes and lab-work results if necessary. After your insurance receives the paperwork, you will be reimbursed at a later time. Talk to your specific pet insurance provider for details.
Do you take walk-in appointments?
In order to insure we see everyone in a timely manner, we prefer you schedule an appointment either through phone, email, or Pet Portal. For urgent health concerns we are happy to see your pet in-between appointments. Please know there could be a wait depending on our appointment schedule. We offer an option for you to drop your pet off in the morning and be seen during the day. A doctor or technician will give you a call during the day to give you an update and schedule a pick up time.
Do you see exotic animals?
We only see dogs and cats at this time.
Is my personal information protected?
Yes, at no time is any client or pet information given out without owner consent.
